Here at Carlton Meat & Grocery we process your big game, whole and half hogs and other domestic livestock. We offer smoked ham, bacon, snack sticks, jerky, summer sausage and a variety of fresh sausage. We also offer whole and half hogs for sale. We cut to your specifications and always get your own meat back.
